Returns Policy
Unwanted goods for return must be notified to us in writing within 7 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns if notified outwith this period. The cost of returning the goods safely to us is your responsibility. We may not be able to accept back non-faulty goods that have been supplied to your specific order or damaged during transit or fitting. Goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition.
Where goods are alleged to be defective, the purchaser agrees to return such goods for inspection and report (without us replacing the said goods prior to such inspection). The purchaser also accepts that it is reasonable to inform us of any interruption, defect or other failure prior to contacting independent third parties or incurring expense and, in addition, to allow us to remedy the defect, failure or interruption.
Damaged items: if you take delivery of a package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item to us within 7 days of receipt for exchange.
Defective items: you have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this will be needed should there be a fault.
If you find out we've sent you an incorrect item, telephone or email us and let us know. We'll send you the correct item as soon as we receive the incorrect item. A refund for the cost of return will be made via the original payment method. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.
A restocking fee that covers the administration charges will be charged – should you have specified an item/placed an order incorrectly and Tuningwerkes has delivered upon your instructions correctly.
In the event that a purchaser shall return goods which have been ordered, the company may elect in it's absolute discretion to accept the return, but charge the purchaser a 15% of the total order value as a re-stocking fee.
GOODS SPECIALLY ORDERED to customers requirements cannot be returned under any circumstances.
GOODS SPECIALLY ORDERED to customers requirements from suppliers abroad are subject to delivery times and stock situations that we are not liable for, therefore delays may be incurred. Cancellation may result in appropriate handling charges.
