Please read these terms and conditions prior to placing your order. By placing an order with Tuningwerkes you agree to the terms and conditions stated.
Any reference to TW/Tuningwerkes/Company/Seller/We/Us shall mean Tuningwerkes, 40 Haling Road, South Croydon, Surrey, CR2 6HS who sell or supply specialist motor parts in the course of their trade or business.
Any reference to You/Buyer/Purchaser shall mean the person detailed on the sales invoice.
We are suppliers of mainly non-standard items. Therefore by their very nature, the parts we supply may not be a straightforward DIY fit. In some limited cases modifications or adaptations may be required to achieve an acceptable fit. We therefore recommend that parts we supply should be fitted by a suitably qualified person.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Transactions are governed by British Law and any dispute in transactions will be settled by British Law.
Tuningwerkes has tried to make the descriptions (including all pictures) of the products as accurate as possible but we are unable to take responsibility for any mistakes or inaccuracies.
Tuningwerkes insures its deliveries where necessary. Please check the delivered products as soon as possible on receipt as we will not cover any subsequent loss or damage.
Tuningwerkes and its staff will provide its services and knowledge with reasonable skill and care but does not give any guarantees, warranties or representations in respect of services or opinions or information.
You will be responsible for any breach of these terms by you and if you use Tuningwerkes in breach of these terms you will be liable to and will reimburse Tuningwerkes for any loss or damage caused as a result.
These terms above shall not limit any rights you might have as a consumer that may not be excluded under applicable law nor shall they exclude or limit Tuningwerkes liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence nor any fraudulent representation.
Tuningwerkes will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet outages, communications outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.
GOODS SPECIALLY ORDERED to customers requirements cannot be returned under any circumstances.
GOODS SPECIALLY ORDERED to customers requirements from suppliers abroad are subject to delivery times and stock situations that we are not liable for, therefore delays may be incurred. Cancellation may result in appropriate handling charges.
