APR Tuned have released yet another quality remap solution - this time for the Turbo and Supercharged TSI engines. Taking a base 170BHP model to 205BHP and 213lb ft Torque!!

The car is much more fun to drive and has an amazing level of torque, making for safe overtaking & cruising. Fuel economy has improved too - which is always a good thing!

Diverter Valves GTI 2.0T FSI

Forge have developed a Patented Atmospheric Blow-Off adapter specifically designed to fit this application. Simple in execution, yet offering the desirable atmospheric blow-off valve sound, this product has been designed to be fully compatible with the Bosch ME9 engine management systems employed on the following vehicles: Audi A3 2.0T FSI Audi B7 A4 2.0T FSI Volkswagen MK5 Golf GTI/Jetta GLI 2.0T FSI. Please note: This valve fits the turbocharger mounted solenoid valves and will not fit the latest 2007 on,  remote mounted solenoid valves, on the S3, 30th Edition Golf and Leon Cupra R, which have a different bolt pattern. 	A switchable spacer for the VAG 2.0 litre FSi Turbo engine which allows a choice of Blow off (loud) / Blow off and partial recirculation (intermediate) or total recirculation (quiet). This gives you the choice of exactly how loud you wish your valve to be . Please note the adjustable FMFSiTA valve is not suitable for the Audi A4 due to clearance issues - please use the FMDVFSiT for these vehicles. Please note: This spacer fits the turbocharger mounted solenoid valves and will not fit the latest 2007 on,  remote mounted solenoid valves, on the S3, 30th Edition Golf and Leon Cupra R, which have a different bolt pattern. 	Many owners of any VAG vehicle equipped with the all new 2.0T FSI engine, have unfortunately discovered, that the OEM electronically controlled bypass valves, which bolts directly to the compressor cover of the turbocharger, have their limitations. If you are running increased boost pressures, after a software remap (chip), or the OEM valve is being subjected to high temperatures, the lifespan of the unit is significantly reduced. The Forge valve and installation kit replaces the original unit with a pressure/vacuum operated piston valve that still also retains the desirable OEM ECU control over valve actuation. (NON ED30, S3 etc)

Hi-Flow Turbo Discharge Conversion Kit. The kit consists of three components. The first component is a new CNC machined billet aluminum turbo discharge adapter that flows much better than its OE counterpart. It eliminates an OE chamber design with a smooth bore design. A silicone hose is provided to mate the new discharge adapter with a NEUSPEED modified OE discharge pipe. Silicone, unlike rubber will not expand under boost pressure. We have achieved this by using the latest core technology with high flow end tank designs to achieve a huge reduction in inlet temperatures.

This is a bolt-on kit that retains the use of the OEM intercooler to produce both horsepower AND torque, but more importantly, a HUGE reduction in inlet temperatures and increased flow efficiency.

As with all VW and Audi installations, we offer uprated engine and transmission mounts, which promote better gear changes by prventing engine/transmission movement.

Neuspeed Short Shift Kit Golf5/Jetta/PasB6

The Neuspeed short shift kit for the 2005-up Golf V,

Jetta V, and Passat B6 easily installs onto the transmission's selector shaft. The Neuspeed short shift kit reduces the throw length between gears by approximately 40% - this is the absolute maximum reduction possible without overextending the cable mechanism.

The Neuspeed short shift kit incorporates a calibrated counterweight which is required for more positive shift action. Lookout for kits without the counterweight, as they will produce very notchy gear selection.

This is a completely bolt-on application - no cable adjustment required.

Neuspeed Engine Torque Arm Insert Mk5 etc
Under hard acceleration, your entire engine and transmission actually rotates due to compliance in the factory bushings. While the soft factory bushings do a good job of damping engine vibration, they can also create a rubbery, vague response in the vehicle's powertrain.

Our torque arm insert works in concert with the OE rubber bushing. With the insert installed, you car's throttle response will feel better and your shifts will feel more crisp and defined, especially on manual transmission cars.

Please note that polyurethane is not as compliant as rubber. As a result, you may notice a slight increase in ride harshess and engine vibration after installation.

Exhaust Systems

APR has successfully licensed the new exhaust technology, RSC™, Reflective Sound Cancellation, to further enhance APR's line of performance exhaust systems for VAG vehicles.

Reflective Sound Cancellation allows for maximum exhaust gas flow while completely eliminating in cabin sound resonance (drone). RSC™ incorporates innovative technologies developed in conjunction with NASA. With limited use of packing materials and no baffles, RSC™ allows for a completely straight and free flowing exhaust path through the RSC™ exhaust boxes. Reflective Cancellation bounces the undesirable sound waves into each other to attenuate the wave and eliminate the low frequency tones that create drone. Each RSC™ muffler is tuned to eliminate specific, undesirable sound frequencies allowing only the engine's desirable exhaust notes to be heard and improving performance.

The first APR application to feature RSC™ technology is the New MKV GTI 2.0T FSI RSC™ Performance Exhaust System. Benefits of the new technology allow APR's RSC™ Exhaust Systems to meet the European Union and other countries' noise requirements of 90db or less in new car exhaust sound and even increase performance over traditional performance exhaust systems.
