Engine Tuning

Due to the age of the vehicles and mileage they must have covered, we recommend a health check first.

This is a simple test to determine whether the engine is ready to be modified.

We offer Gasflowed Cylinder heads as well as exchange engines.

Induction Kits & Filters

We carry the BMC, JR Response and Powertec ranges.

Jetex & BMC are virtually a household names in filtration.

BMCs pedigree is second to none - used in F1 no less!!

Powertec are new to the VW scene - but their filters are very good indeed. A British company manufacturing the

filers from stainless steel - even the gauze!!

The Carbonio CAI system offers excellent filtration and very good good Cold Air Intake properties. The original airbox is deleted and the Carbonio is installed with the filter under the chassis leg - breathing the coldest air possible.

Ignition Leads

Suspension

Most of the Mk2's will be in need for suspension. There are a lot of companies out there. There are - however, only a few good ones with proven R&D, TUV approval etc.

There are cheap suspension kits on the market - and you will see more expensive ones too. The difference is not merely in the name. There is a lot of work that goes into suspension design. A lot of factors have to be taken into consideration before a manufacturer can release a kit. Take a look at the big names. Eibach - supply race cars the world over. H&R - Original Equipment suppliers to VW for their Golf R32s and to Mercedes race teams. KW Suspensions - suppliers to VW Racing! Do any of the cheaper brands have such pedigree? Do they have their own R&D?

Fitting a suspension kit to any car is a serious decision. Not only are looks improved, but the safety of the vehicle on the road is also an issue -that's why after years of hands on experience, we can advise you which kit is the best for your application.
