Filters and Induction Kits

CDA filtering system is composed of a cylindrical carbon air box containing a washable filtering element. Substituting the original air box with our CDA, cold air is directly channeled through an internal airflow deflector to the filter and drawn into the engine with a very small pressure drop (patented system). The CDA system also includes a black alloy ducting (60 cm length) for connecting the system to an air intake on the front of the car. The system is available in two different dimensions: we advise Type 1 for engines up to 1,600 cc; Type 2 for bigger displacements. Every type is also available in different diameters on engine side for connections. Dyno and Datron Laser tests demonstrate the great performance of CDA filtering system.

The new Pipercross carbon fibre airbox for BMW's E46 M3 utilises all of our technology and expertise gained in carbon fibre intake development - the end result is this amazing 4-piece airbox intake unit.

Twin intake design
Large frontal tuned scoop intake to maximise the full potential of the high pressure zone at the front of the vehicle.

Improved air velocity
Full radius rampipe design increases velocity and decreases turbulence in the air prior to passing into the engine's inlet. This has the effect of speeding up the air and promotes laminar air flow.

Carbon Fibre construction
The two outer sections are produced in high quality composite carbon fibre for ultimate weight saving and resistance to underbonnet temperatures. Cooler, dense air is essential for maximum power gains.

Suspension

Tuningwerkes has a great relationship with the world leaders in suspension development and design.
We supply leading names such as H&R, KW Suspensions and Eibach.

There are a lot of companies out there. There are - however, only a few good ones with proven R&D, TUV approval etc.

There are cheap suspension kits on the market - and you will see more expensive ones too. The difference is not merely in the name. There is a lot of work that goes into suspension design. Brakes

Recently fitted in our workshops to a E46 CSL - we can definitely say these kits offer very good braking for fast road and track applications.

Discs are available in grooved and drilled. Calipers are available in natural aluminium, red or black finishes.
