Audi TT 1.8T ECU Upgrade

Our software is designed to operate within the turbochargers' efficiency range whilst producing huge increase in low end torque, improved throttle response and a much smoother, more powerful top end. Unlike other "chip tuning companies", we do not max out the boost pressure sensor in order to boost spike and give high initial torque readings. Although this maybe good for marketing purposes, it not only creates surge during acceleration at low RPM, but also reduces the life expectancy of the turbocharger considerably.

All APR chip upgrades use encryption, which serve several purposes. First, it keeps prying eyes out of our software and prevents lesser companies from copying the chip and degrading the product. Secondly, the encryption prevents the dealer from flash programming the ECU. Also, all APR software is undetectable to a dealers VAG diagnostic tool.

Diverter Valves (1.8T)

Filters and Induction Kits

We carry the BMC and JR Response ranges.

Jetex & BMC are virtually household names in filtration.

We also can supply Neuspeed Induction kits for these engines, however feel the BMC CDA system is very good for these engines.

BMCs pedigree is second to none - used in F1 no less!!

The CDA filtering system is composed of a cylindrical carbon air box containing a washable filtering element. Substituting the original air box with our CDA, cold air is directly channeled through an internal airflow deflector to the filter and drawn into the engine with a very small pressure drop (patented system). The CDA system also includes a black alloy ducting (60 cm length) for connecting the system to an air intake on the front of the car. The system is available in two different dimensions: we advise Type 1 for engines up to 1,600 cc; Type 2 for bigger displacements. Every type is also available in different diameters on engine side for connections. Dyno and Datron Laser tests demonstrate the great performance of CDA filtering system.

Exhaust Systems

APR Exhaust Systems

APR offers a cat-back exhaust for the 180 and 225 TT.

APR's TT Exhaust is a stainless steel, mandrel bent, cat-back exhaust. APR's exhaust begins after the factory catalytic converter with a 2.5" pipe, and continues back to the backbox and two elegant semi-oval tips. This exhaust really wakes up the TT and gives it a deep snarl that a sports car of the TT's caliber deserves. With TIG welding, fully stainless construction, and CNC'ed hangers, you will not find a higher quality system on the market. On the 180 TT since APR's is a dual tailpipe system you will need to get the rear lower valence from a 225hp TT.

Suspension

Tuningwerkes has a great relationship with the world leaders in suspension development and design.
We supply leading names such as H&R, KW Suspensions and Eibach.

There are a lot of companies out there. There are - however, only a few good ones with proven R&D, TUV approval etc.

There are cheap suspension kits on the market - and you will see more expensive ones too. The difference is not merely in the name. There is a lot of work that goes into suspension design. A lot of factors have to be taken into consideration before a manufacturer can release a kit. Take a look at the big names. Eibach - supply race cars the world over. H&R - Original Equipment suppliers to VW for their Golf R32s and to Mercedes race teams. KW Suspensions - suppliers to VW Racing! Do any of the cheaper brands have such pedigree? Do they have their own R&D?

Fitting a suspension kit to any car is a serious decision. Not only are looks improved, but the safety of the vehicle on the road is also an issue -that's why after years of hands on experience, we can advise you which kit is the best for your application.
