VW EOS 2.0T FSI ECU Upgrade

APR's software is available for the 200BHP 2.0T FSI.

The APR remap allows a user to have multiple performance programs and options on their vehicles computer, ready to be changed through the buttons of the factory cruise control switch. No physical chipping is required and we can load the software through your diagnostic port in just 15 minutes, we also offer a 6 hour trial of this remap.

Diverter Valves 2.0T FSI

Yet another first for the Volkswagen and Audi Tuning Market from Forge ! With the introduction of the VAG 2.0 litre FSi Turbo Engine, and the procurement of our own development/project car, we have developed a Patented Atmospheric Blow-Off Valve adapter specifically designed to fit this application. Simple in execution, yet offering the desirable atmospheric blow-off valve sound, this product has been designed to be fully compatible with the Bosch ME9 engine management systems employed on the following vehicles: Audi A3 2.0T FSI Audi B7 A4 2.0T FSI Volkswagen MK5 Golf GTI/Jetta GLI 2.0T FSI.

	A switchable valve for the 2.0 litre FSi Turbo engine which allows a choice of Blow off (loud) / Blow off and partial recirculation (intermediate) or total recirculation (quiet). This gives you the choice of exactly how loud you wish your valve to be .

Carbonio Intake 2.0T FSI
The Carbonio system is designed to maximize the torque produced by your engine. The natural extension of increased torque is an increase in horsepower (hp). While the hp gain is nice, this system's tuned shape will give you that increased hp for a longer period of time, thereby allowing you to make better use of each and every gear. This is a consequence of an increase in torque for over 10% of the rev range; torque comes in sooner and tails off later. Compared to the stock intake, our kit shows increased flow numbers of around 40-50%.

Turbo Intake pipe

Hi-Flow Turbo Discharge Conversion Kit. The kit consists of three components. The first component is a new CNC machined billet aluminum turbo discharge adapter that flows much better than its OE counterpart. It eliminates an OE chamber design with a smooth bore design. A silicone hose is provided to mate the new discharge adapter with a NEUSPEED modified OE discharge pipe. Silicone, unlike rubber will not expand under boost pressure. To eliminate the biggest restriction, NEUSPEED modified the OE discharge pipe for maximum, full diameter flow.

Engine & Transmission Mounts

As with all VW and Audi installations, we offer uprated engine and transmission mounts, which promote better gear changes by prventing engine/transmission movement.

Neuspeed Short Shift Kit Golf5/Jetta/PasB6

The Neuspeed short shift kit for the 2005-up Golf V,

Jetta V, and Passat B6 easily installs onto the transmission's selector shaft. The Neuspeed short shift kit reduces the throw length between gears by approximately 40% - this is the absolute maximum reduction possible without overextending the cable mechanism.

The Neuspeed short shift kit incorporates a calibrated counterweight which is required for more positive shift action. Lookout for kits without the counterweight, as they will produce very notchy gear selection.

This is a completely bolt-on application - no cable adjustment required.

Neuspeed Engine Torque Arm Insert Mk5 etc
Under hard acceleration, your entire engine and transmission actually rotates due to compliance in the factory bushings. While the soft factory bushings do a good job of damping engine vibration, they can also create a rubbery, vague response in the vehicle's powertrain.

Our torque arm insert works in concert with the OE rubber bushing. With the insert installed, you car's throttle response will feel better and your shifts will feel more crisp and defined, especially on manual transmission cars.

Please note that polyurethane is not as compliant as rubber. As a result, you may notice a slight increase in ride harshess and engine vibration after installation.

A lot of factors have to be taken into consideration before a manufacturer can release a kit. Take a look at the big names. Eibach - supply race cars the world over. H&R - Original Equipment suppliers to VW for their Golf R32s and to Mercedes race teams. KW Suspensions - suppliers to VW Racing! Do any of the cheaper brands have such pedigree? Do they have their own R&D?

Fitting a suspension kit to any car is a serious decision. Not only are looks improved, but the safety of the vehicle on the road is also an issue -that's why after years of hands on experience, we can advise you which kit is the best for your application.
