SEAT Leon 2.0T FSI ECU Upgrade

APR's software is available for the 200BHP 2.0T FSI.

The APR remap allows a user to have multiple performance programs and options on their vehicles computer, ready to be changed through the buttons of the factory cruise control switch. No physical chipping is required and we can load the software through your diagnostic port in just 15 minutes, we also offer a 6 hour trial of this remap.

Stage 2 Tuning from Tuningwerkes now available.

This compromises of the APR Remap and also induction & exhaust upgrades. The power readings obtain in excess of 252bhp - producing a very quick 2.0T!

Diverter Valves 2.0T FSI

Yet another first for the Volkswagen and Audi Tuning Market from Forge ! With the introduction of the VAG 2.0 litre FSi Turbo Engine, and the procurement of our own development/project car, we have developed a Patented Atmospheric Blow-Off Valve adapter specifically designed to fit this application. Simple in execution, yet offering the desirable atmospheric blow-off valve sound, this product has been designed to be fully compatible with the Bosch ME9 engine management systems employed on the following vehicles: Audi A3 2.0T FSI Audi B7 A4 2.0T FSI Volkswagen MK5 Golf GTI/Jetta GLI 2.0T FSI.

	A switchable valve for the 2.0 litre FSi Turbo engine which allows a choice of Blow off (loud) / Blow off and partial recirculation (intermediate) or total recirculation (quiet). This gives you the choice of exactly how loud you wish your valve to be .

Diesel Tuning

We have recently taken on the Tunit range of modules for SDi, TD and TDI variants of the VW Audi Seat & Skoda ranges.

These are a superb piece of engineering. Simple to add on and simple to remove. Fitting is normally achieved in 30 minutes!

Recently fitted to a 55 plate Transporter Van - the power output went from 174bhp to 210bhp (with a respectable increase in torque too!)

TFSI Air Intake

High quality genuine carbon fibre air intake for the VAG 2.0 Turbo FSI engine.

Replacing the factory air box, this intake kit gives a typical increase in torque of over 10% with an airflow increase of approximately 50% over the factory system.

Comes complete with a full fitting kit and oil-free Pipercross performance air filter (worth £34.85rrp).

Suspension

Tuningwerkes has a great relationship with the world leaders in suspension development and design.
We supply leading names such as H&R, KW Suspensions and Eibach.

There are a lot of companies out there. There are - however, only a few good ones with proven R&D, TUV approval etc.

There are cheap suspension kits on the market - and you will see more expensive ones too. The difference is not merely in the name. There is a lot of work that goes into suspension design. A lot of factors have to be taken into consideration before a manufacturer can release a kit. Take a look at the big names. Eibach - supply race cars the world over. H&R - Original Equipment suppliers to VW for their Golf R32s and to Mercedes race teams. KW Suspensions - suppliers to VW Racing! Do any of the cheaper brands have such pedigree? Do they have their own R&D?

Fitting a suspension kit to any car is a serious decision. Not only are looks improved, but the safety of the vehicle on the road is also an issue -that's why after years of hands on experience, we can advise you which kit is the best for your application.

Suspension bushes are some of the most highly stressed components fitted to a motor car. They undergo enormous strains and in the most arduous of conditions with no maintenance or lubrication.

The material they are manufactured from is a rubber compound containing natural products which deteriorate with age. It becomes softer and more pliable, resisting the forces placed on it less and less. Therefore allowing more and more movement of suspension components and offering less and less control over the suspension geometry.
