1.8TFSI ECU Upgrade

The APR 1.8 TSI Valve Lift ECU Upgrade is an expertly recalibrated engine control strategy that remaps the boost pressure, timing and air fuel ratios to provide smooth and reliable power as if intended by the OEM. APR's ECU Upgrade is developed to work within the OEM and Tier 1 Supplier specifications for engine component stress tolerances and performance specifications. APR's ECU Upgrades are available in octane specific versions to allow you to take full advantage of the fuel quality available in your area. APR's patented EMCS functionality puts the control of the engine's operation at your finger tips and allows for additional features and options to be installed to your OEM ECU.

Not only does our Stage I ECU Upgrade give you higher peak numbers of 189 horsepower (141kw) and 226lb-ft. (306nm) of torque, but also gains of up to 44 horsepower (33kw) and 60lb-ft (81nm) are available throughout the power band! APR's ECU Upgrade is the best power per dollar modification for the new 1.8 TSI and gives it just the extra edge these cars lack from the factory without pushing the limits. With factory like smoothness and drivability APR's ECU Upgrade will fill the void in an otherwise excellent car.

2.0T Upgrade

APRs Stage I software give you higher peak numbers of 188kw (252 hp) and 411nm (303lb-ft.) of torque, but also gains of up to 45kw (61 hp) are available at lower rpms! This software is the ultimate upgrade for the new 2.0T and gives it just the extra edge these cars lack from the factory, without pushing the limits. With factory like smoothness and drivability, the new power will fill the void in an otherwise excellent car.

2.0T - Audi S3 Upgrade

APRs Stage I software give you higher peak numbers of 239kw (320 hp) and 430nm (317lb-ft.) of torque, but also gains of up to 45kw (61 hp) are available at lower rpms! This software is the ultimate upgrade for the new S3 and gives it just the extra edge these cars lack from the factory, without pushing the limits. With factory like smoothness and drivability, the new power will fill the void in an otherwise excellent car.

2.0TSI Upgrade

The ultimate chip upgrade for the 2.0TSI engine is available from APR. After months of long nights and many hours of dyno work we are pleased to offer you chip tuning that is second to none. We have worked hand in hand with many customers to deliver a chip that works. Expect huge increases in low-end torque, improved throttle response and a smoother, more powerful top end.

Not only does our Stage I software give you higher peak numbers of 254 horsepower (189kw) and 297lb-ft (402nm) of torque, but also gains of up to 61 horsepower (45kw)available at lower rpms! This software is the ultimate upgrade and gives it just the extra edge these cars lack from the factory, without pushing the limits. Diverter Valves 2.0T FSI

Yet another first for the Volkswagen and Audi Tuning Market from Forge ! With the introduction of the VAG 2.0 litre FSi Turbo Engine, and the procurement of our own development/project car, we have developed a Patented Atmospheric Blow-Off Valve adapter specifically designed to fit this application. Simple in execution, yet offering the desirable atmospheric blow-off valve sound, this product has been designed to be fully compatible with the Bosch ME9 engine management systems employed on the following vehicles: Audi A3 2.0T FSI Audi B7 A4 2.0T FSI Volkswagen MK5 Golf GTI/Jetta GLI 2.0T FSI.

	A switchable valve for the 2.0 litre FSi Turbo engine which allows a choice of Blow off (loud) / Blow off and partial recirculation (intermediate) or total recirculation (quiet). This gives you the choice of exactly how loud you wish your valve to be .

	If you are running increased boost pressures, after a software remap (chip), or the OEM valve is being subjected to high temperatures, the lifespan of the unit is significantly reduced. Even without any modifications taking place to the vehicle at all, this OEM valve has been shown to fail over time and it’s boost holding capacity also leaves some room for improvement. We now have the world’s first fully engineered solution offering both significantly improved reliability as well as valve related boost response. The Forge Motorsport valve and installation kit replaces the original unit with a pressure/vacuum operated piston valve that still also retains the desirable OEM ECU control over valve actuation. This product has been thoroughly designed and tested with the expressed intent of offering improved valve response and maintaining ECU control while resulting in absolutely NO fault codes, NO check engine lights, and no adverse effects of any kind.

Suspension

Tuningwerkes has a great relationship with the world leaders in suspension development and design.
We supply leading names such as H&R, KW Suspensions and Eibach.

There are a lot of companies out there. There are - however, only a few good ones with proven R&D, TUV approval etc.

There are cheap suspension kits on the market - and you will see more expensive ones too. The difference is not merely in the name. There is a lot of work that goes into suspension design.
